Cash on delivery. PostEx takes the amount owed when they hand it over.
The rider will call first. Answer it. Most failed deliveries here aren't lost parcels — they're a missed call.
Bring exact change if you can. Riders rarely have it.
Eid
We close for both. Dates move, so we announce them two weeks ahead. Orders placed during the break ship the day we're back.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. Check the size guide and the fit note on the product page before you buy — every one tells you where that garment runs short, long or wide. Still unsure? Email us your height and usual size. You'll get a straight answer, including "this won't fit you."
If it's still not right: free returns, 14 days. Unused, unworn, tags on, original packaging.
How

Order number, phone number, reason. Photos if they help.
2. Wait for our reply. We'll arrange a PostEx pickup from your address. Don't post anything before this — an unannounced parcel is a lost parcel.
3. Repack it
Swing tag attached. Item back in its transparent bag. Everything into the kraft bag it arrived in. All of it is reusable, which is why we ask.
4. Hand it to the rider. Tracked, signed for. Nothing for you to pay.
5. We'll email you with your refund or exchange. Processing takes up to 30 days from the parcel reaching us, though it's usually faster.
Refunds
You paid in cash, so it comes back by bank transfer. We'll ask for your account details once the item's with us — never at checkout, and never your PIN or OTP. Anyone who asks for those isn't us.
No, if
It's been worn. Tags are gone. It smells of perfume.
Our mistake
Wrong item, defect, damage in transit — send a photo first. We usually fix it without you going anywhere.
