These terms govern your use of theoriginalcreator.com and any order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them.

We operate internationally. Orders on this site are fulfilled and contracted from Pakistan.
Your account
You need to be 18 to hold an account and order. Under 18, a parent or guardian places the order — they're the customer, and these terms apply to them.
One account, one person. Don't share your password, by phone or email or otherwise. We'll never ask for it.
If you think someone else has it, tell us and we'll lock the account the same day.
We can suspend an account being used to breach these terms, and we'll tell you why.
Placing an order
You'll get a chance to check everything before confirming. Check the address — it's the single most common thing people get wrong.
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. The contract forms when we dispatch, and you'll get a separate email at that point.
We can decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there's been a pricing or description error, or if it looks fraudulent.
We may also decline future orders from an address that has repeatedly refused delivery on arrival. We ship at our own cost and a refused parcel is a real loss. One is fine. A pattern isn't.
Paying
Cash on delivery. You pay the rider when your order arrives.
We don't collect card or wallet details at any point, because there's nothing to collect. No payment processor sits between us and you.
Have the exact amount ready if you can. Riders don't always carry change.
Prices
Prices are in PKR and include applicable tax. Delivery is Rs 250, free on orders over Rs 5,000. Your total is shown before you confirm. Nothing is added after.
Prices change from time to time. What you paid is what stands, even if it drops next week.
If you spot a pricing error, email us. We'd rather hear it from you than find it in an audit.
Discount codes
One per order. Not combinable with other promotions. Not valid on sale items unless the code says so. Each code carries its own expiry and conditions, stated when we issue it.
Delivery
Everything ships from Faisalabad through PostEx. 3–4 working days nationwide.
Estimates are estimates. Courier delays, weather and public holidays happen and we don't control them. What we control is telling you when something's gone wrong instead of letting you wonder. If your order is late, email us and you'll get a real answer.
Returns
14 days from the day it arrives. Unworn, tags attached, original packaging.
Returns are free. We arrange the PostEx pickup and cover the cost.
Faulty items are different. Wrong item, defect, damage in transit — we cover everything and either replace it or refund you in full. Send a photo first so we can sort it without you posting anything back unnecessarily.
We can decline a return if the item has been worn, if the tags are gone, or if it comes back marked with makeup or fragrance. Take care when trying things on.
None of this affects your rights under Pakistani consumer law.
Refunds
You paid the rider in cash, so refunds go by bank transfer.
Once your return reaches us, we'll email you for your account title, account number or IBAN, and bank name. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the parcel reaching us.
We only ask for bank details at the refund stage, never at checkout. We will never ask for your PIN, your OTP, or your online banking password. Anyone who does isn't us — send us the message and we'll say so publicly.
What you can't do here
No hacking, scraping, or attempting to break the site. No malicious code. No using the site to commit an offence or infringe anyone's rights. No spam.
We'll report serious breaches to law enforcement and cooperate with lawful requests to identify whoever's responsible.
Our content
The photography, copy, designs and code on this site belong to us. View it, print it, save it for personal use.
Don't republish it, sell it, or use it commercially — including reselling our garments as your own product. If you've seen our work somewhere it shouldn't be, tell us.
What you post
If you tag us or send us photos, we may repost with credit. Tell us not to and we won't, or we'll take it down.
We won't use your images in paid advertising without asking first. Reposting a photo isn't the same as owning it.
Availability
We aim for the site to be up all the time and it mostly is. Maintenance, outages and things outside our control happen. We're not liable for downtime, but we'll say something if it's more than brief.
Accuracy
We work hard on getting product information right — measurements, weights, fabric composition. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll correct it and honour what was stated when you ordered.
Colours vary between screens. Garment-dyed items vary between batches. Both are noted on the relevant product pages.
Liability
We're liable for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. If we fail at that, you get a refund or a replacement.
Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost time, lost opportunity — arising from your use of this site.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited under Pakistani law.
Complaints
pkorders@theoriginalcreator.com. We respond within two working days. We'd rather resolve it directly than have you go elsewhere.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall to the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
Changes
We update these occasionally. Material changes get announced, not buried. The date below tells you when they last moved.
